The following terms & words are used in these Terms and Conditions.
a, Members : User & Driver
1, User : You, Customers, Passengers, Clients, Agent, Hotel staff, any person who wants to book instead of his/her clients
2, Driver : Driver, Driver Agent, The Third Party Service Provider, The Service provider
Hereby referred to as "We", "citi9.com", "Citi9", "Citi9 Service(s)", "Our Service", "Company". Citi9.com is the Platform Developer, not a Transportation Provider. Citi9.com is built by Citi9 Driver Union (Driver Committee)
c, Team Leader Committee : It’s a group of Team Leaders.
Meaning of using this site Service / Liability
You agree that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to all Conditions & Policy that are set out. By using Citi9.com for booking, you are entering into a contract with a Driver who is the third party transportation provider.

* Basic Information
Round or Multi trip : Please book each course separately. If you like some driver, you can book him directly.
Flight Delayed or Changed : Please let your Driver know it as soon as possible. If he/she cannot serve for your time, will arrange another urgent driver for you.
Changing pick up time & Cancellation : Please, let your Duty driver know it as soon as possible, he/she will manage it.
Late Cancellation : If your Duty Driver arrived at your place before your cancellation, please share his time & expense : charge 100 B (Basic gas fee)
Traffic Jam : Please book with your pick up time with spare time (at least + 30 min). All drivers cannot be held responsible for any customer's boarding time to transit.
Baby-Seat : If you request, your driver will try to prepare it. Charges : 300 B per seat & per one way.
Lost & Found : Please contact your duty driver.
* If your driver found yours & still he/she is near your area, will come back to you at that moment : charges 100 B, if his location is more than 10 min distance : 200 B
* If he found it, but already picked up other customer, he can return it to you at BKK airport only : charges 200 B to driver
* If you let him bring it to your place at your time, charges : Economy car price from BKK airport to your place.
* All Duty Drivers will keep everything which he found in the car, if no one contact him for 3 months, he will donate it to the charity or poor neighborhood. All drivers cannot be held responsible for any of your belongings
Fake driver : Please be aware of the fake driver at any Airport meeting area, keep in touch with your duty driver to verify him. If you don't come without any message in advance, he will lose too much. It means you hurt someone who is willing to accomplish his duty as a father. If someone books a driver just for fun by reason of nothing to pay in advance, whoever he is, it's not right.

In any urgent situation, your duty driver may arrange the bigger type. (No extra charges
When a driver wants to be a Member, he should submit the basic document (Government Public liability insurance & the 1st level insurance of any legal Insurance company). The Driver Steering Committee and Team Leader can decide to accept him as a new member. However, we cannot guarantee whether his documents are true. All Users have to purchase travelers insurance to protect themselves. citi9.com cannot be held responsible for the services of the driver as any third party transportation provider. Any damage or loss caused by theft, fire, accident, fails to fulfill the reservation or any other cause whatsoever, all responsibilities belong to the driver or the owner of the vehicle or transport agents.

All passengers must remind their destination to the driver.

Mostly, the driver's English is poor (C or D level). Please use a translate App, "Viber"
6, Pick up (Meeting)
Driver's waiting time
The customer believes his driver will pick him up on time, the driver also believes the customer will be there on time. Therefore, all bookings are based on the trust between you & driver. You can cancel your booking anytime, but if your driver already arrived at your place before your cancellation, charge : 100 B.

A, General Rule
Meaning of using this site Service / Liability
You agree that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to all Conditions & Policy that are set out. By using Citi9.com for booking, you are entering into a contract with a Driver who is the third party transportation provider. Any liability resulting from the contract shall be the sole responsibility of you & the service provider. In agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you accept that Citi9.com will in no way be held responsible for any losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of any problems associated with the transfer and all claims will be redirected to The Third Party Service Provider (Driver).
1, Fundamental Guidelines
The images of the vehicle make and model shown on citi9.com are for illustration purpose only
The route to or from the destination cannot be guaranteed and the Google map is solely for informational purposes.
Whilst reasonable effort is made to ensure that pickup times are respected, they are not guaranteed.
Upon departure from your pickup place, the drivers can wait for you for 15 minutes (no charge) after your booking pick-up time.
If you request the driver to wait beyond those 15 minutes, please note = waiting fee : 50 B / every 15 min.
Bookings are based on the customer & the driver's trust each other (driver will come on time & you will be there on time).
The Driver should accept the customers can cancel anytime without any prepayment (If the driver already arrived at pick up place before your cancellation, please share with the driver's expense, basic gas fee : 100 B).
Aslo the customers should accept the driver is not responsible for his late & pick up failure as there are so many unexpected road situation.
The Customer's duty to the driver
Although the driver has the customer's basic information, the Customer also must have the correct information to drop off. (Ex, Hotel, village or Building name, address, local tel No., ...)
1, citi9.com and your driver will in no way be held responsible for any claims made by you in the problem that the driver dropped you off in the wrong place.
2, After meeting with your driver, you should verify whether he is your correct driver or not, and then you must re-confirm your correct destination to him clearly. (Ex, when you go to DMK Don Muang airport, you must say "Let's go to DMK, Don Muang Airport", not "Bangkok Airport". Otherwise, your driver may go to BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport)
3, After arrival at your destination, you also should confirm the correct destination. And check up all of your belongings in the vehicle and when you are sure all is clear, please pay for the transfer fee (your payment means your driver's duty is completed)
4, From local pickup to Airport : all Airline agents recommend for the passengers to arrive at the airport before 2 - 3 hrs of flight time.
5, In the event that access via a conventional route is closed due to weather conditions, road accidents, heavy traffic jam, local festival, under the Traffic Police's control, etc., and even if you want to get off during the way, you agree to full payment as it is in the booking form.
2. Using Our Services.
Citi9 Application and Consent
Citi9 application constitutes Citi9 lending a User ID and password, necessary for use of Our Service. However, in the event that information supplied by the User during application contains falsehoods, or in the event that Citi9 concludes that a User's use of Citi9 is inappropriate, Citi9 retains the right to cancel any Members of Citi9. Citi9 is not obligated to notify the Member about the cancellation.
Registered email Address, User ID and Password
Users are held fully responsible for their registered email addresses, User Ids and Passwords. By applying, Users agree that Citi9 cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage caused by a User's mistake and/or improper use by a third party. Furthermore, Citi9 is not obligated to reissue Users' email address, User ID or password.
Transfer/Sale of Service Privileges
Users are in no way permitted to sell, transfer or loan their Citi9 and/or service privileges to a third party without expressed approval from Citi9, nor may these be shared in a way that detriments Citi9.
All Users are required to have Internet access in order to use Citi9 services. This Internet access will need to be installed and maintained at the User's own expense. Citi9 is in no way responsible for arranging Internet access for Users.
Traffic and Domain
Citi9 retains the right to set and alter limitations to file sizes, savable domain space, and data transfer on its services, where otherwise undefined, and may do so at our own discretion
3. Pay-for-use Wallet Services
B, Prohibited Conduct and Bans
Citi9 expressly prohibits the following conduct, or any corresponding conduct as determined by Citi9, on Our Services. Citi9 retains the right to ban, without warning, any User who has engaged in prohibited acts or conduct, or take any possible form of legal action; and may demand compensation or reparations from any User who caused any form of damage to Citi9 or a third party.

Breaching the trust of, or defaming other Users or third parties.Infringing others' Privacy rights, Image rights etc.
Infringing on other Users' and/or third parties' industrial property rights (patents, trademarks etc.), copyright, trade secrets and/or intellectual property rights.
Uploading or posting unlawful content, and/or supporting or encouraging illegal activity including but not limited to causing injury, theft, suicide, the use and/or sales of illicit substances as well as acts that encourage, solicit or suggest the use and/or sales of drugs.
Maintaining content which violates local, regional, national, or international law; in particular that which violates Thailand law.
Hindering, interfering with, disturbing or blocking the use of Our Services to other Users, or engaging in conduct or performing actions which cause difficulty for others; or assisting in such an act.
Engaging in discrimination against individuals, specific groups, government organizations, nations, products, political administrations, beliefs, ideas, ideologies, race, religion, ethnicity, gender etc. ; or engaging in slander or libel or any similar act that causes defamation to others; or assisting in such an act.
Claiming to be another individual, business or organization, regardless of whether or not such an entity actually exists; and/or falsely claiming to be partners and/or in collaboration with an organization or business; or other such acts.
Impersonating Citi9, content providers or management, or any other third party.
Publishing or posting defamatory content or information which could potentially lead to damages to Citi9 or Citi9's business partner(s).
Acting in such a way as to place burden on Citi9's server(s); disrupting, damaging, limiting or interfering with Citi9's or others' computer software, hardware capabilities etc. or assisting in such an act.
Giving advance notice of crimes or of actions leading to crime, or posting threatening information which can be viewed by an unspecified number of people.
Using Our Service(s) as a medium to do illegal business or commit conduct that runs counter to the law.
Engaging in malignant business practices, our excessive solicitation to advertisements or religion.
Selling or attempting to sell Our Service(s) to a third party.
Using, registering or upgrading mass amounts of software or programs, causing high access, and preventing our service from operating as intended.
Collecting, video recording, duplicating, falsifying, distributing and/or displaying of contents and/or data acquired from Our Services without permission or the use, introduction or suggesting of tools or other means that may promote or encourage these acts.
Inappropriate use or registration of multiple accounts or other conduct that prevents the stable operation of Our Services.
Engaging in conduct that is detrimental to Citi9 through misappropriate use and/or conducting prohibited actions by taking advantage of bugs, system malfunction etc.
Acting by deleting or concealing Citi9's advertising space, or altering the position, color, size, code or other such properties of advertisements.
Engaging in any other action which Citi9 deems to be inappropriate.
Users and Members are forbidden to publish or post any prohibited kind of content such as text, images, music, video etc. Even in the event that such data is set as private or limited in its Exposure Settings, applicable data is considered a violation the moment it arrives on Citi9 Server(s).
Citi9 retains the right to deem what counts as a violation.
C, Limitation of Liability : Citi9 takes absolutely no responsibility for any of the following.
Citi9 is in no way liable or responsible for using this platform service. Users (Customers & Drivers) retain full statutory liability, including any and all court costs or damage payments due to using this site. Citi9 does not take responsibility for any User Booking info, and is not responsible to Users or third parties whatsoever.
Citi9 cannot be held accountable for any trouble you experience during use of Our Service(s). Users are responsible for managing their booking information. As such, if Users are in anyway harmed or experience damage or loss, Citi9 is in no way responsible for compensation. This is especially true for Users engaged in business, who are obligated to explicitly specify the contractual relationship between themselves and other Users. All Users engaged in business, using Citi9 Service(s), must attempt to prevent or resolve any potential or resulting issues between themselves and others
Citi9 is not obligated to monitor or delete User Contents. Users retain all responsibility for all their Content. Citi9 is not accountable for any damage or loss caused to Users or third parties due to any such Content.
In such cases where a User is harming or causing damage to other Users and/or third parties;Citi9 retains the right to, and shall not be held liable for, deleting and/or freezing the applicable User's ID and/or Contents, without forewarning, and at Citi9's own discretion.
Citi9 shall not be held responsible for any loss of data due to system failure or file corruption etc. Users shall take their own backup of data relating to User Content. Citi9 shall not guarantee the integrity and security for any User Content data, in any way.
Citi9 will not disclose any personal information that Members/Users present us, such as your address, name, email address, telephone number, fax number, etc. (Hereby referred to as "Personal Information") to other Users or third parties without the consent of the User. However, in the following cases Citi9 retains the right to disclose Personal Information to third parties.
Public institutions such as courts or the police, lawfully appeal for an inquiry.
There appears to be imminent danger to a person's life, physical wellbeing, and/or property; and Citi9 finds an urgent need to disclose the information.
The sharing or disclosure of information is found to be necessary by Citi9, in order to provide desired Service(s).
Citi9 finds it necessary to disclose the information to other company(s) working with us, to better provide Service(s) to Users. (Such companies may not use Users' Personal Information, that Citi9 provides them, in anyway that exceeds what is necessary to reach the intention stated above.)
Citi9 finds it necessary to disclose such information in order to restore or prevent a reduction in Citi9's SEO, Service Quality etc.; due to actions or conduct conducted by a User or Member.
Citi9 accepts no responsibility for any damage or losses incurred to Users accessing external links posted on Our Services' content or in a User's Content. All Users must acknowledge that Citi9 can not be held accountable for the security, validity, integrity or accuracy of the information on any external sites.
Citi9 takes no responsibility for any damages or losses incurred from Users using Our Service(s), Users not being able to use Our Service(s) or Users not using Our Service(s).
Our Services are managed and provided by Citi9 from equipment within Thailand. Citi9 makes no assertion to the appropriateness or usability of Our Services in regard to their use in regions outside Thailand. In the event that a User accesses from another legal jurisdiction, shall do so on their own volition, and be totally responsible for legal compliance of their place of access.
If there is any difference or a contradiction between This Document and the translated version, the original version will be given priority.
E, Discontinuation of Citi9 Service(s)
Citi9 retains the right to modify Our Service(s) without forewarning Users.
Citi9 may also, due to maintenance, system restoration, power failure, natural disaster or any other Force Majeure; permanently or temporarily discontinue any number of Our Service(s). In such cases we will attempt to notify Users beforehand; but in emergencies we may not be able to.
Citi9 retains the right to modify the Service(s), or partially or completely discontinue Service(s) at Citi9's discretion, at any time Citi9 deems appropriate. When or after a Service(s) is discontinued or erased, Citi9 retains the right to deem whether or not to erase all posted data on Citi9 servers (or third party servers used by Citi9).
Citi9 is not liable to any Users, and is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to the discontinuation of Our Service(s) for any reason.
F, Guarantee Limitations
Citi9 will always try as hard as possible to maintain stability in Our Service(s), business practices, use and effects of use. However, Citi9 does not guarantee any of the following.
Continual operation. Operation of Service(s) without interruption.
Total or complete recovery or restoration of any Service(s) that experiences a defect or bug.
That destructive and/or malicious components such as computer viruses do not exist within Our Service(s).
Provision of security methods to secure against the above 3 items.
G, Force Majeure
Any disputes resulting from the use of Our Service(s), will be resolved through arbitrary proceedings recognized by Thailand.
